Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations for Men's Accessories and Sell-through, including performance tracking of collection launches and implementing KPIs to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with central departments such as Product, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and other divisions to harmonize and maximize launches.
- Monitor and manage new and permanent collections with Supply Chain and industrial teams.
- Propose opportunistic restocks, permanent transitions, optimizations, cuts, and rebalancing.
- Define assortment and cluster strategies to achieve sales targets and market balance, optimizing market specifics.
- Identify core offers and build purchase and assortment strategies by cluster and zone for each collection.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative purchasing strategies with marketing for showrooms.
- Estimate reference potentials and propose pre-purchases.
- Update purchasing tools and boutique assortments, participate in OTB construction and follow-up.
- Lead meetings with zone buyers, reviewing assortments and quantities.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative market and competitor insights to inform local market understanding and marketing briefs.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to define and deploy guidelines and contribute to digital and retail activation plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in accessories and in a central role rather than a zonal one.
- Open to profiles without experience in the men's category.
