Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Create and manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and social media to effectively reach employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to align internal communication initiatives with organizational goals and values.
  • Lead the planning and execution of employee events, town halls, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives through feedback and analytics.
  • Advise senior leadership on internal communication matters, providing insights on best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communication or employee engagement roles, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in developing communication strategies that drive employee engagement.
