Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage HR project plans from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate the selection and development activities of resources involved in projects.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
  • Animate projects from the perspective of internal communication and motivational events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, often 5+ years, with management experience preferred.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in English, French is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with management experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
