Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop and manage HR project plans from conception to completion.
- Coordinate the selection and development activities of resources involved in projects.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
- Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
- Animate projects from the perspective of internal communication and motivational events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles, often 5+ years, with management experience preferred.
