Senior HR Manager
Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior HR Manager in Venice, Italy to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise end-to-end HR programmes, campaigns and projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management and retention.
- Design and execute change management plans, assess organisational readiness and secure stakeholder engagement to ensure effective adoption of new structures and processes.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (including IT and executives) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and secure operational buy-in.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to measure transformation success, employee engagement and workforce performance.
- Oversee labour matters including code of conduct, ethics, policy adherence and employee relations; build and sustain constructive relationships with union representatives.
- Coordinate internal communication and motivational activities to animate HR projects and reinforce cultural alignment across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, with prior management or supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement for organisational projects.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with experience engaging union representatives or labour relations where applicable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and strong organisational aptitude.
- Proficiency in English required; French language skills are a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with HR analytics/dashboarding tools.

At least five years of hands-on HR experience with demonstrable responsibility for people management and HR programme delivery; prior exposure to luxury retail, fashion or complex, matrixed organisations and experience in change management and labour/union relations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
