Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Manage labor issues including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence.
  • Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
  • Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization and organize programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
  • Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
  • Animate all HR projects, both from the perspective of internal communication and any motivational events.
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with union representatives to resolve conflicts and foster a cooperative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with over 5 years preferred.
  • Management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with management experience preferred.
