Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception to completion.
- Manage labor issues including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structures.
- Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and organize programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
- Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
- Animate all HR projects, both from the perspective of internal communication and any motivational events.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with union representatives to resolve conflicts and foster a cooperative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles, with over 5 years preferred.
- Management experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
