Senior Financial Controller
Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Financial Controller in Paris to lead consolidation, IFRS16 and reporting for ~100 entities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate and document consolidated financial statements for the group, driving efficiency and control across the month‑/year‑end close.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information across an assigned perimeter (~100 legal entities) and act as the primary contact for tools and procedures.
- Design, maintain and distribute management and statutory reporting packages, including IS reporting used by the finance community.
- Lead and deliver extra‑financial reporting (sustainability/Taxonomy) requested by the Group and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and animate the finance community by creating and improving training modules (e‑learning, gamification) for domestic and international teams.
- Support the Finance leadership on cross‑functional and Group projects, including Phoenix transformation workstreams, tool testing and process redesign.
- Operate as subject‑matter expert on IFRS16: maintain impact calculation tools, reconcile Nakisa outputs, strengthen SyRUS/Nakisa controls, and provide zone/country support.
- Contribute to margin and financial statement analysis (consumption margin/management margin) and implement improvements in eliminations and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school with specialization in finance, audit or management control.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, ideally starting in audit (Big Four) and then within a large international group in similar control/reporting roles.
- Proven expertise in consolidation, management control, financial analysis and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Experience in extra‑financial reporting and in driving Finance training and change across multi‑jurisdictional teams.
- Strong project management capabilities and proven capacity to lead tool implementations and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High standards of rigor, reliability, analytical synthesis and collaborative team orientation.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience; preferably an initial background in external audit followed by senior finance/control roles within a large international group.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, audit, accounting or equivalent from a business or engineering school.
