Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the annual digital marketing and communication plan, aligning with global brand campaigns and local market needs.
- Maintain Louis Vuitton's leading position in social media in terms of buzz, followers, engagement, and innovation.
- Oversee the strategic allocation of the annual digital budget across channels, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast spending and manage monthly and yearly budgets and reporting.
- Design the omni-channel customer journey, defining the role of each digital touchpoint in the consumer's digital journey.
- Ensure channel-specific strategies are interconnected within a cohesive narrative.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of digital performance, extracting insights and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Synthesize data from social listening, market reports, and competitor analysis to identify trends and consumer behaviors.
- Lead digital innovation by scouting and evaluating new technologies and platforms.
- Establish partnerships with key platforms to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Collaborate with global digital communication teams to align global and local strategies.
- Work with PR, merchandising, and content teams to integrate digital strategy into all campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international business environment.
- Experience with top-tier or premium lifestyle brands is advantageous.
- Background in analytics, macroeconomics, or consulting is a plus.
