Role & Responsibilities
- Play a key role in constructing collection assortment strategies.
- Structure detailed briefs for Design and Development teams, focusing on trends, benchmarks, pricing targets, material expectations, key silhouettes, and target clients.
- Identify product opportunities and risks, and formulate recommendations.
- Propose recommendations on segmentation and range structure.
- Conduct benchmarks, market analyses, and strategic readings.
- Monitor prototypes and manage changes based on feasibility and costs.
- Ensure continuous quality and updates of product data.
- Track margins, pricing, timelines, and industrial feasibility indicators.
- Prepare consolidations for decision-making reviews.
- Alert management on project deployment delays.
- Lead initial validation steps for showroom materials and support teams during showroom sessions.
- Contribute to collection editing for showrooms and ensure alignment with collection strategy.
- Act as a reference for Collection Merchandisers and Juniors, collaborating closely with various departments.
- Coordinate pack shot shootings and ensure quality of sales support assets.
- Contribute to defining key products and priority messages for major communication events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection merchandising within the luxury leather goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of luxury leather goods.
