Senior Collection Merchandiser — Men's Leather Goods
Louis Vuitton (Paris) seeks a Senior Collection Merchandiser — Men's Leather Goods to lead assortment strategy, showroom curation and cross‑functional product execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive assortment and collection strategies for the men's leather goods line, including segmentation and range architecture.
- Prepare detailed briefs for Design and Product Development (trends, benchmarks, target price points, material expectations, key silhouettes and target clientele).
- Identify product opportunities and risks and formulate actionable recommendations to optimize assortment performance.
- Perform market benchmarks and consolidated strategic analyses to inform product decisions.
- Oversee prototype follow-up and arbitrate design evolutions against feasibility and cost constraints.
- Ensure continuous maintenance and integrity of product data, and monitor margins, pricing, lead times and industrial feasibility indicators.
- Prepare consolidation materials for decision reviews and escalate schedule risks to leadership.
- Lead initial validation of showroom materials (model boards, lookboards, commercial arguments) and drive showroom set-up aligned with collection strategy.
- Support internal editing and selection decisions during showroom sessions and contribute to collection curation for showroom presentation.
- Coordinate pack-shot shoots and ensure quality of sales assets; define priority products and key messages for major communications moments.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, IP, Communications, Sourcing, Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising to guarantee 360° coherence between offer, storytelling and activation.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in product marketing, merchandising or assortment planning within luxury fashion, ideally with leather goods exposure.
- Strong product sensibility with demonstrable knowledge of the leather goods segment and current fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work with diverse teams.
- High level of analytical rigour, synthesis capability and organisational skill to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to prioritise strategically.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing, merchandising or assortment planning within luxury fashion; prior exposure to men's leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
