Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Client Advisor at Sydney Airport (Mascot), Australia to lead client experience, mentor teams and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the client experience at the Sydney Airport store, consistently exceeding expectations and cultivating long-term relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by conveying Louis Vuitton’s heritage and product storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, targeted VIP appointments and rigorous follow-up.
  • Mentor, coach and develop junior Client Advisors to build a high-performing, service-oriented team.
  • Support store leadership in achieving commercial KPIs and contribute to store strategy and visual/product presentation.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with retail procedures; manage client escalations with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail or sales roles.
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring or coaching teams in a high-touch service environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of clienteling practices, VIP servicing and hosting exclusive appointments.
  • Strong operational knowledge of retail procedures and the ability to manage escalations.
  • Right to work in Australia and availability to work on-site at Sydney Airport, including rostered shifts.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in retail or sales, with prior leadership or mentoring responsibilities and a proven record of achieving sales targets; airport or travel-retail experience is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
