Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an exemplary Client Advisor and role model for the team, achieving individual and team sales objectives.
  • Welcome and enhance each client's experience, providing expert advice across all product categories.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
  • Participate actively as a team player in all store activities to achieve overall objectives.
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
  • Assist Team Managers in fostering a client-centric mindset within the team.
  • Support management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
  • Mentor and integrate new team members, supporting team development.
  • Lead by example in client development for high-end events and virtual appointments.
  • Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team on product performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Skills

Exceptional client advisory and sales skills. Advanced clienteling and relationship-building capabilities. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
