Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an exemplary Client Advisor and role model for the team, achieving individual and team sales objectives.
- Welcome and enhance each client's experience, providing expert advice across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate actively as a team player in all store activities to achieve overall objectives.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist Team Managers in fostering a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Support management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Mentor and integrate new team members, supporting team development.
- Lead by example in client development for high-end events and virtual appointments.
- Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team on product performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
