Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced and complex repair work across a range of product categories, ensuring adherence to the Maison’s exacting quality standards.
  • Guide, mentor, and support more junior artisans in their technical and professional development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve repair challenges, identifying innovative solutions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine repair techniques and processes.
  • Share technical expertise and best practices across local and Zone Care Services teams.
  • Contribute to workshop organisation, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager to support training, workflow, and atelier excellence.
  • Embody Louis Vuitton’s values of craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leather goods repair or production, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Advanced technical mastery across multiple product categories.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others in a workshop environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and artistry.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong team spirit and a client-centric mindset.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite an advantage.
