Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the scanning, inputting, coding, and payment of all purchase invoices and staff expenses for UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Berluti UK.
- Validate staff expenses in accordance with the travel and expense policy.
- Reconcile intercompany monthly statements.
- Manage payments for all local and international suppliers, staff and travel expenses, and CAPEX invoices from Store Planning.
- Post all direct debit payments.
- Compile the treasury report from bank statements for group reporting.
- Prepare the Intrastat report for Ireland monthly.
- Review creditors' aging/payment terms to ensure a 30-day average and conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- File and administer invoices and expenses.
- Create suppliers/employees in SAP vendor master data in compliance with Internal Control.
- Enhance AP process efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to supplier requests and liaise with store managers and other departments.
- Undertake specific missions and projects as defined by management.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a senior Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
