Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scanning, inputting, and coding of all purchase invoices using SAP.
  • Review and validate staff expenses in accordance with the travel and expense policy.
  • Reconcile intercompany monthly statements.
  • Manage payments to all local and international suppliers, including staff and travel expenses and CAPEX invoices.
  • Post all direct debit payments.
  • Compile treasury reports from bank statements for group reporting.
  • Prepare the monthly Intrastat report for Ireland.
  • Review creditors' aging and payment terms to maintain a 30-day average, ensuring monthly supplier reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audit requests.
  • Administer filing of invoices and expenses.
  • Create suppliers and employees in SAP vendor master data, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Enhance accounts payable process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and coordinate with store managers and other departments.
  • Undertake specific missions and projects as defined by management.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior accounts payable role
  • Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Experience
