Louis Vuitton seeks a Sales Planning Assistant (High End) in Paris — 12‑month alternance starting Sept/Oct 2026. Forecasting role within Supply Chain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales forecasts for a defined subset of the High End portfolio (Exotics, Rigids, Home & Lifestyle) and monitor forecast performance.
  • Participate in the monthly sales-forecast review cycle and liaise with central teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Distribution, Industrial) and regional stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing forecasting processes to identify gaps and propose process improvements.
  • Design, implement and maintain decision‑support tools to enhance forecasting and planning accuracy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a hybrid MTS (Make‑to‑Stock) / MTO (Make‑to‑Order) business model specific to the High End team.
  • Support regional Supply Chain teams with visibility and distribution planning.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, supply chain or equivalent academic program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • Available for a 12‑month alternance starting September/October 2026, based in Paris (on site).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong affinity for information systems.
  • Analytical rigor, accuracy with quantitative data and the ability to synthesise findings succinctly.
  • Autonomy, curiosity and good interpersonal skills to work across functions and regions.

Experience

Entry‑level / student position. No professional experience required, though prior internships or coursework in supply chain, demand planning or forecasting are advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in a relevant discipline.
