Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Lead by example within the team, assisting the Client Manager in daily store operations.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, supporting team members in meeting their objectives.
  • Enhance client experiences by providing expert advice on the brand and its full product range.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain and develop existing client relationships and identify new clients.
  • Participate actively in activities that contribute to achieving overall store performance goals.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
  • Assist in creating a client-centric atmosphere within the team.
  • Support management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Aid in staff development, including mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new employees.
  • Implement company policies and assist other Client Advisors as needed.
  • Provide feedback to the merchandising team regarding product sales, quality, client information, and market trends.
