Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, providing support to team members to meet their sales targets.
- Welcome each client, enhance their experience, and offer expert advice on the brand and its full range of products.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and proficient sales techniques, utilizing CRM tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
- Possess comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Actively participate in activities that contribute to achieving overall store performance targets.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Support client and store managers in staff development, including mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new employees.
- Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors when necessary.
- Engage in additional responsibilities as needed, such as inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the company's merchandising department.

Experience
