Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, providing support to team members to meet their sales targets.
  • Welcome each client, enhance their experience, and offer expert advice on the brand and its full range of products.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and proficient sales techniques, utilizing CRM tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Possess comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Actively participate in activities that contribute to achieving overall store performance targets.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
  • Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Support client and store managers in staff development, including mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new employees.
  • Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors when necessary.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities as needed, such as inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the company's merchandising department.
