Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, providing support to team members to meet their sales targets.
- Welcome each client and enhance their experience by providing expert advice on the brand and its full range of products.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and refined selling techniques, utilizing various client relationship management tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Actively participate in activities that contribute to achieving store performance targets.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
- Assist management with daily operations including floor management, inventory management, and store opening/closing tasks.
- Support client and store managers in staff development, including mentorship, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
- Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors as needed.
- Engage in additional responsibilities as required by store needs, such as inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the company's merchandising department.
