Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, providing support to team members to meet their sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the client experience by offering expert advice on the brand and its full range of products.
  • Exhibit sales leadership and advanced selling techniques, utilizing customer relationship management tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand and product offerings.
  • Actively participate in activities that contribute to the store's overall performance metrics.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
  • Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Support the Client Manager and Store Manager in employee development initiatives, including mentorship programs, staff training, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities may include inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the merchandising department to provide feedback on product performance, quality, customer insights, local market trends, competitive brands, and potential opportunities.

Experience
