Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, taking responsibility for sales performance and supporting team members in achieving their targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience, offering expert advice on the brand and its full product range.
- Exhibit leadership in sales and demonstrate proficient sales techniques, utilizing customer relationship management tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Actively participate in activities that contribute to achieving the store's overall performance targets.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
- Assist the Client Manager in creating a customer-centric atmosphere within the team.
- Support daily operations management, including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Aid in staff development initiatives, including mentorship, training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Understand and implement company policies, providing support to other client advisors when necessary.
- Engage in additional responsibilities as needed, such as inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the merchandising department to provide feedback on product performance, quality, customer insights, local market trends, competitive brands, and potential opportunities.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
