Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the standards of Louis Vuitton in customer interactions.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets, providing support to team members in meeting their objectives.
  • Enhance customer experience by offering expert advice on the brand and its full product range.
  • Exhibit sales leadership and utilize CRM tools to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Participate actively in activities that contribute to the store's overall performance metrics.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
  • Assist the Client Manager in fostering a customer-centric atmosphere within the team.
  • Support daily operations including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Aid in employee development through mentorship, training, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors as needed.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as required, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college degree or higher.
  • Over three years of experience in luxury retail or related service industries.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales mindset and service skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English skills are advantageous.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
