Louis Vuitton in Nanning, China seeks a Sales Leader to drive boutique sales, coach the team and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve personal and team sales targets, taking ownership of sales performance and supporting team members to meet individual objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences: proactively understand client needs, provide expert advice across product ranges, and cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced selling techniques; use clienteling and CRM tools to develop existing clients and identify new prospects.
  • Act as a role model for the team in product knowledge, brand DNA and adherence to grooming and conduct standards.
  • Support daily boutique operations including floor management, inventory control, opening/closing procedures and after‑sales service as needed.
  • Assist management with people development activities: mentoring, on‑the‑job coaching and induction training for new hires.
  • Serve as liaison with merchandise teams by providing market feedback on sales, product performance, client insights, local trends and competitive activity.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store initiatives that support overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching colleagues to improve performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, curiosity and empathy to establish trust with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong organisational sense and responsibility; ability to support boutique operational tasks reliably.
  • Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards of conduct and appearance.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods or premium accessories, with demonstrable results in client development and target achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education (BA/BS) in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
