Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, supporting team members in meeting their sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the client experience with expert advice on the brand and its full range of products.
  • Exhibit sales leadership and advanced selling techniques, utilizing CRM tools to maintain and develop existing clients and attract new ones.
  • Possess comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Actively participate in activities that contribute to the store's overall performance.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
  • Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Support the Client Manager and Store Manager in staff development, including mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new employees.
  • Understand and implement company policies, assisting other Client Advisors as needed.
  • Handle additional responsibilities such as inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the company's merchandising department.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college diploma or higher education.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales mindset and service skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
