Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills seeks a Retail Team Manager to lead store sales, coaching and client experience on Rodeo Drive.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a boutique sales team to deliver exceptional service and sustained sales performance.
- Own day-to-day store performance in collaboration with the Store Manager; set targets, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Drive visual merchandising standards and floor presentation to optimise product performance and client engagement.
- Manage selling floor operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory control and compliance with brand procedures.
- Identify individual and team training needs; design and deliver targeted development plans to elevate skills and retention.
- Coordinate promotional and in-store events to enhance client acquisition and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrated people management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the local luxury market dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Experience
Minimum three years in luxury retail or boutique management with proven success in team leadership, sales growth and client development.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
