Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills seeks a Retail Team Manager to lead store sales, coaching and client experience on Rodeo Drive.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a boutique sales team to deliver exceptional service and sustained sales performance.
  • Own day-to-day store performance in collaboration with the Store Manager; set targets, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Drive visual merchandising standards and floor presentation to optimise product performance and client engagement.
  • Manage selling floor operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory control and compliance with brand procedures.
  • Identify individual and team training needs; design and deliver targeted development plans to elevate skills and retention.
  • Coordinate promotional and in-store events to enhance client acquisition and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrated people management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the local luxury market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Experience
