Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily floor operations and support Store/Team Managers to ensure seamless store execution and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to maximize individual and team performance, fostering a client-centric culture.
  • Drive clienteling activities and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients to grow loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and proactively champion sales targets and KPI objectives through strategic selling and territory management.
  • Expertly identify and recommend product selections tailored to client profiles and evolving market trends.
  • Manage merchandising, visual presentation and stock availability to optimize conversion and client experience.
  • Act as a product/category champion when assigned, providing in-depth product knowledge and promotional support.
  • Oversee routine operational tasks including sales reporting, cash handling practices and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams with measurable performance improvements.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to relationship building.
  • Capacity to work on-site with a flexible schedule to support peak trading hours, weekends and holidays.

Experience
