Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store, embodying Louis Vuitton’s values, heritage and creative vision.
  • Welcome and orient clients on arrival, delivering a personalised and attentive reception.
  • Present products and advise clients using knowledge of the collections and current trends.
  • Perform gift packaging and ensure presentation standards are met.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including hospitality gestures (e.g., serving refreshments).
  • Support client retention through personalised follow-up and contribute to team operations and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in business, fashion, retail or an equivalent programme.
  • Genuine passion for luxury goods and fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability.
  • Commercial sense and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Dynamism, team spirit and the capacity to take initiative.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness in unforeseen situations.
  • Proficiency in English.
