Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly and monthly to support operational and turnover reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses on retail KPIs with a focus on enhancing client experience.
  • Develop and implement new reporting strategies for in-store coaching programs in collaboration with the Learning team.
  • Promote internal tools and processes through the weekly internal Retail Magazine, ensuring engaging and informative content.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions to optimize store operations and processes.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects to improve client experience and support daily business operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Availability for a 12-month working student position, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, starting April 1st, 2026.

Skills

Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities, with experience in handling and visualizing large data sets. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional skills in Excel for independent analysis and report creation. Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a problem-solving approach.

Experience

Entry-level experience in a client-centric service environment is essential.
