Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze operational and turnover KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses across various retail KPIs to enhance client experience.
  • Develop new reporting approaches for in-store coaching programs in collaboration with the Learning team.
  • Promote internal tools and processes through the weekly internal Retail Magazine.
  • Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to optimize store operations.
  • Assist the Retail Performance team with ad hoc projects to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German; French is an asset.
  • Availability for a 12-month internship or working student position.

Skills

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-centric service environment is essential.
