Role & Responsibilities
- Manage purchase order flows for the retail network within the Mediterranean region.
- Issue purchase orders for suppliers across Spain, Greece, and Israel.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with new suppliers and enhance existing relationships.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
- Analyze expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Participate in and initiate projects to improve existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Availability for an internship contract ('contrato de prácticas').
- Familiarity with SAP is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
