Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, Maison‑standard client experiences within store environments.
  • Contribute to team leadership, daily operations and performance excellence in retail settings.
  • Rotate across corporate functions and retail stores to develop a 360° understanding of the business.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives and regional projects.
  • Analyse business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Champion operational excellence while preserving brand integrity and customer experience.
  • Lead and support projects that enhance retail performance, client development and store management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential (client‑facing or retail experience preferred).
  • Permanent working rights in Australia (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided).
  • Fluent in English and available to commence full‑time on‑site in Sydney or Melbourne by January 2027.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury client experiences, resilience, curiosity and a people‑first leadership mindset.
