Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Maison‑standard client experiences within store environments.
- Contribute to team leadership, daily operations and performance excellence in retail settings.
- Rotate across corporate functions and retail stores to develop a 360° understanding of the business.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives and regional projects.
- Analyse business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Champion operational excellence while preserving brand integrity and customer experience.
- Lead and support projects that enhance retail performance, client development and store management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum two years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential (client‑facing or retail experience preferred).
- Permanent working rights in Australia (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided).
- Fluent in English and available to commence full‑time on‑site in Sydney or Melbourne by January 2027.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury client experiences, resilience, curiosity and a people‑first leadership mindset.
