Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct category-specific training sessions.
- Enhance coaching and soft skills for the store management team.
- Lead observation and problem-solving initiatives for store management.
- Advocate for superior client experiences through voice and mystery shopping.
- Develop and mentor field coaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in similar learning roles.
- Experience in retail sales or management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in business English for direct communication and workshop co-design.
