Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the retail ecosystem.
  • Engage in six months of education and training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Contribute to operational and visual excellence during a three-month rotation.
  • Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
  • Explore people development strategies over a six-month period.
  • Assume the role of Acting Team Manager in the final rotation, demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential and strong communication skills.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.
