Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail environment.
  • Engage in six months of training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
  • Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
  • Develop skills in people management over a six-month period.
  • Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the location of application.
  • Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.

Experience

More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills, and a drive for results.
