Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through a 6-month training module.
  • Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
  • Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
  • Develop people management skills over a 6-month period.
  • Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to start full-time in June 2026.
