Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through a 6-month training module.
- Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Develop people management skills over a 6-month period.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time in June 2026.

Experience
More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential and strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
