Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail ecosystem.
- Engage in 6 months of training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Gain 3 months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Explore people development for 6 months.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation, focusing on leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time in June 2026 in Palm Beach.

Experience
More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills, and a drive for results.
