Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, including in-store and corporate assignments.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through a 6-month training period.
  • Engage in operational and visual excellence initiatives for 3 months.
  • Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
  • Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
  • Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.
