Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail ecosystem.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences during the initial 6-month rotation.
- Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Explore people development strategies for 6 months.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time on-site by June 2026.
