Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program encompassing various aspects of retail operations.
- Engage in a 6-month training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Contribute to operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
- Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time in June 2026.
