Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational program encompassing various aspects of retail operations.
• Engage in a 6-month training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
• Collaborate on a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
• Explore people development strategies over a 6-month period.
• Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to start full-time in June 2026.

Candidates must have more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills, and a drive for results.
