Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program focused on retail leadership development.
  • Engage in six months of training to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
  • Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
  • Explore people development strategies for six months.
  • Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • Permanent authorization to work in Honolulu, Hawaii.
  • Availability to start full-time by June 2026.
