Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program focused on retail leadership development.
- Engage in six months of training to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Explore people development strategies for six months.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Availability to start full-time by June 2026.

Experience
More than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills, and a drive for results.

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
