Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail sector, including assignments in store and with the Regional Corporate team.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through 6 months of dedicated training.
- Engage in operational and visual excellence for 3 months.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for 3-5 months.
- Develop skills in people management over a 6-month period.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to start full-time on-site work in June 2026.

Candidates should possess more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills, and a drive for results.
