Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist French and international colleagues, ensuring adherence to internal control department rules.
- Provide product advice and presentations, focusing on watches and jewelry; manage transactions using XSTORE.
- Support the organization of special events and initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as RFID implementation.
- Manage product flow, including reception, control, and integration of restocks and usage tests.
- Optimize visual merchandising strategies.
- Participate in rotating and fiscal inventories.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize restocks and manage store destocking.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports on sales data.
- Assist the St Honoré Space Manager in implementing clienteling action plans.
- Manage the Clic&Try service: gather weekly requests, validate with supply chain, receive products, and communicate with colleagues.
- Validate international colleagues' visit requests on the Private Booking app, ensuring profile and purchase quota compliance.
- Provide operational support to the VP team, including daily reception of Vpol orders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent program.
