Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Retail Excellence programs for store leaders, including SMIP, LPCR, SLE, and FL Leadership.
- Ensure the cascading of National Learning programs such as DTP, CE, and Clienteling.
- Accelerate the growth and development of In-Store Learning Partners.
- Provide coaching and feedback to store leaders based on leadership profiles.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching and learning.
- Develop coaching capabilities among store leadership teams.
- Promote best practices and case sharing with In-Store Learning Partners.
- Ensure client experience is central to all activities and use feedback mechanisms like Mystery Shopping to drive improvements.
- Support stores in identifying issues, gathering data, and implementing solutions.
- Ensure consistent onboarding and development plans for new employees.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury, retail, or related industries as a Training Manager or Field Coach.
- Experience in retail management is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury, retail, or related industries, preferably in a training or coaching capacity.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above.
