Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and manage schedules across various departments, including document preparation and data entry.
- Utilize SAP and Excel for recruitment system management and data handling.
- Provide team support by preparing meetings, managing schedules, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Facilitate communication with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in project and event planning to support team objectives.
- Translate documents and emails from English or French to Japanese, if capable.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or related roles is preferred.
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to compose and manage business emails.
