Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for maroquiniers (leather artisans): sourcing, pre‑selection, coordination of practical tests, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Process spontaneous applications and ensure timely responses and candidate tracking.
- Design and deliver onboarding activities: prepare and animate integration sessions for new hires.
- Lead recruitment campaigns for all interns and apprentices on site: collect hiring needs, run selection campaigns, liaise with partner schools, manage contract formalities and integration pathways.
- Animate the intern & apprentice community via kick‑offs, newsletters, HR workshops and coaching sessions.
- Ensure administrative follow‑up of trainee files, conduct regular follow‑up interviews and maintain close liaison with operational managers.
- Identify high‑potential talent during follow‑up activities and contribute to internal career mapping.
- Coordinate discovery internships: administrative management, reception, programme design and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain school and association partnerships; organise on‑site events and engagement activities.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects and support the broader HR team on shared missions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding Bac+4/5 level education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (Master’s level preferred).
- Strong interest in industrial/production environments and artisan craftsmanship.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigour and pragmatic problem‑solving.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate logistics for recruitment processes.
- At least one prior internship or short experience in HR, recruitment or training is required.

Early‑career. At least one prior internship or initial experience in Human Resources, recruitment or training is required; experience in an industrial or production environment is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
