Role & Responsibilities
- Manage meeting rooms efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and coordination of courier services.
- Operate the switchboard, directing calls with promptness, courtesy, and adherence to response protocols.
- Welcome clients and visitors, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Coordinate employee travel bookings and maintain travel records.
- Assist in managing general services, including office supplies, company stamps, and provisioning of beverages and snacks.
- Support general management with catering orders for meetings and assist in organizing events and official visits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Immediate availability
