Role & Responsibilities
- Support and enhance data sets and KPIs used by quality teams for materials such as leather, textiles, and metal components.
- Coordinate with material departments, warehouses, and workshops to improve tools and processes for managing non-conformity.
- Access and utilize advanced information systems and tools.
- Develop and consolidate key quality indicators for material non-conformity management across various stages, including suppliers, laboratories, warehouses, workshops, and customer feedback.
- Formalize non-conformity management processes to ensure consistency among all stakeholders.
- Leverage traceability systems to identify suppliers and batches, enhancing responsiveness and fostering supplier engagement in continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
- Pursuing a degree at the Bac+4/+5 level.
