Role & Responsibilities
- Audit existing quality practices and tools within the workshop, produce a comprehensive assessment and identify gaps.
- Develop clear, prioritized recommendations and define detailed action plans to improve the quality system; ensure implementation and follow-up.
- Lead and coordinate transversal quality projects with other French ateliers and the corporate headquarters.
- Pilot and structure the incoming quality (quality entrante) process within the atelier to secure component and subassembly quality.
- Structure upstream production quality activities and support teams on critical processes to reduce defects and improve manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's level) program in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Production, Continuous Improvement or equivalent (alternance/work‑study format).
- Demonstrates autonomy, rigor and proactive initiative-taking.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with proven attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience
Entry-level — suitable for candidates currently in a Bac+5 work-study program. Prior internships or projects in quality, manufacturing or continuous improvement are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Production or Continuous Improvement, or currently enrolled in such a program (alternance).
