Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in defining and implementing the quality policy of the Maison and work towards structuring and harmonizing the quality system of the workshops.
- Lead customer quality initiatives, sharing the customer quality vision with workshop teams, managing customer alerts, and driving problem-solving or product and process improvement actions.
- Ensure mastery of manufacturing processes within the workshops, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton standards in collaboration with central teams of technical and quality experts.
- Structure and consolidate the quality system of the workshops, proposing optimizations and innovations in existing quality tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in an industrial environment.
