Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the inspection of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Actively participate in managing critical production processes and update line documentation.
- Conduct debriefing sessions with leatherworkers following internal and client non-conformities, utilizing tools such as analysis sheets, 'quality focus,' and 'quality minute.'
- Organize and lead quality workshops to raise team awareness and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an engineering school, specializing in leather or a related quality field, or equivalent training.
