Role & Responsibilities

  • Formalize and analyze monthly KPIs using tools such as Power Bi.
  • Identify and analyze defect causes and propose preventive actions.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions in collaboration with project managers and workshops to reduce quality knockouts.
  • Act as a liaison within the design community for drafting design standards and updating the design guide.
  • Animate the AI e-learning tool related to the design guide.
  • Communicate eco-responsible project initiatives at the end of each collection.
  • Initiate and monitor trials requested by component and finished product workshops.
  • Conduct laboratory tests, track timelines, and consolidate data.
  • Oversee the transition of manufacturing workshops post-optimization validation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent.
  • Student at Bac+4/+5 level.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power Bi is recommended. Strong product sensitivity in leather goods and quality. Project management mindset with prioritization and analytical skills. Curiosity, agility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level in a relevant field.
